Grafitti Jewelry Workshop

Step into the vibrant world of Los Angeles street art and transform it into wearable art of your own! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to design and create custom earrings or keychains inspired by the bold colors, textures, and energy of LA’s graffiti culture.

• Using shrink plastic as your canvas, you’ll experiment with a variety of mediums—alcohol markers, pastels, colored pencils, paint markers, and more—to bring your designs to life.
• Trace artwork directly from your phone, or choose from our curated library of street art imagery.
• Students are also encouraged to bring their own inspiration.

You’ll have the choice to make multiple simple pairs or dive into a complex, multi-piece statement design. We’ll provide earring findings and hardware so you can finish your creations into ready-to-wear pieces. To ensure your art lasts, we’ll seal and protect each piece with a professional UV resin doming technique.Along the way, we’ll touch on the history and inspiration of LA’s street art movement, adding context to the art you create.
